PASMO works at every station on all nine Tokyo Metro lines (Ginza, Marunouchi, Hibiya, Tōzai, Chiyoda, Yūrakuchō, Hanzōmon, Namboku, Fukutoshin), and Suica and the other nationwide transport IC cards work through nationwide mutual use (PASMO notes a few lines in its area do not take every card). Contactless credit/debit/prepaid cards and phones can also be touched on the automatic gate reader to ride Tokyo Metro without buying a ticket, at the adult fare only, at all stations except that you cannot start a trip at Nakano (exiting there is handled at the staffed window). Since 25 March 2026 one touch-in/touch-out also covers through trips with Toei, Odakyu, Keio, Keikyu, Sotetsu, Seibu, Tokyu, Tobu and Minatomirai lines (some of their stations excluded), with ¥70 off when changing between Tokyo Metro and Toei.
