- Validity
- 24, 48 or 72 hours from the first gate passage (IC version: from purchase). How long an unused ticket stays valid depends on where you bought it; QR tickets: 90 days from purchase.
- Who can buy
- Foreign visitors (passport checked when buying in person) and people who live outside Tokyo and the seven neighbouring prefectures (Kanagawa, Saitama, Chiba, Ibaraki, Tochigi, Gunma, Yamanashi). Sets with sightseeing facilities can be bought by anyone.
- Format
- Paper magnetic ticket, PASMO card (IC version, sold at Shinjuku and Ikebukuro commuter pass offices to Smart EX / Express Reservation users) or smartphone QR code (sets with sightseeing facilities)
- When it is sold
- You can buy at most as many tickets as the days of your stay.

Is it worth it?
Add the normal one-way fares of the rides you plan (from the fare charts at stations or a route planner).
Express, seat and Green car charges are usually not included in a pass: leave them out of the fares too unless the pass covers them.
How to use it
- Put the ticket through the automatic gate, or touch the PASMO / hold the QR code to the reader.
- Ride all Tokyo Metro and Toei subway lines until the 24, 48 or 72 hours are over.
