Compare with

Express, seat and Green car charges are usually not included in a pass: leave them out of the fares too unless the pass covers them.

Ride as often as you like between Goryōkaku and Kikonai on the chosen day.
Hakodate–Goryōkaku (JR) is not included: pay that fare separately.
Show the ticket on the day of use at partner shops and facilities along the line for discounts.
The date cannot be changed. Paper tickets: refund until the day before at the head office only (¥220 fee). App: free refund until you press "start use".
