Tickets and booking P
Booking recommended. Book the high-speed boat in advance online (from 2 months ahead, 9:00, until 1 hour before departure; membership registration needed) or by phone. Ferry foot passengers cannot book: tickets are sold only on the day (except at Obon, when foot passengers must book too). Cars and motorbikes on the ferry are booked by phone.

Ferry and high-speed tickets go on sale on the day about 1 hour before departure; buy (or collect pre-booked tickets) at least 30 min before departure
Paying: Credit cards accepted on all routes (JCB, AMEX, Diners, Discover, VISA, Mastercard; single payment only). UnionPay, QUICPay/iD e-money, debit and prepaid cards are not accepted.
