No booking needed. Individual foot passengers, bicycles and motorbikes up to 125 cc cannot book: first come, first served on the day. Cars and motorbikes of 126 cc or more (ferry only) and groups of 15 or more book by phone only, from 1 month ahead.

- Tickets go on sale 20 min before departure at each port; one way only, no return tickets
- Fukue Port Terminal and Naru Terminal: ticket counters; Wakamatsu: terminal counter (for the 7:30 TAIYO, from a car at the pier); Gonokubi: sold from a car, not in the waiting room; Doinoura: in the waiting room, or on board for the 13:50 boat

- TAIYO (high-speed boat) does not run on Sundays and Mondays until 19 Oct 2026 because of a crew shortage, and this is being extended to 23 Nov 2026 (25–26 Oct, 1–2, 15–16 and 22–23 Nov).
- Only bicycles can go on TAIYO; cars, motorbikes and e-scooters must take the ferry OCEAN.
- No shop on board, only drink vending machines; you may bring food.
- No sailings on 1 January.
