Tickets and booking P

Booking recommended. Book the jetfoil in advance online (from 2 months ahead, 9:00, until 1 hour before departure; membership registration needed) or by phone. Ferry foot passengers cannot book: tickets are sold only on the day (except at Obon, 10–17 Aug, when foot passengers must book too). Cars and motorbikes on the ferry are booked by phone from 1 month ahead.

Jetfoil tickets are sold during window hours (7:00–17:00); ferry tickets only on the day, from about 1 hour before departure
Buy (or collect pre-booked) tickets at least 30 min before departure; boarding starts about 10–15 min before

Paying: Credit cards accepted on all routes (JCB, AMEX, Diners, Discover, VISA, Mastercard; single payment only). UnionPay, QUICPay/iD e-money, debit and prepaid cards are not accepted.

Ferry tickets can only be bought on the day of travel.
No cooler boxes (fishing or leisure) on the jetfoil.
Be at the waiting room 15 min and at the boarding gate 10 min before departure, or you may not be able to board.
