Time: About 45 min (special rapid) or 50–55 min to Sakuramachi Bus Terminal, about 60–65 min to Kumamoto Station

1. Board at bus stop 3 (special rapid buses) or 4 outside the terminal.
2. No booking: fixed seating capacity, first come first served.
3. Suica, SUGOCA and other nationwide IC cards are NOT accepted on Sanko buses (since 16 Nov 2024); use the local Kumamoto IC card, a contactless credit card or cash.

To: JR Higo-Ozu Station, then JR Hohi Line trains to Kumamoto (or towards Aso)

Time: About 15 min to Higo-Ozu Station

1. Buy the 200 yen ticket (cash or cashless) at the ticket machine inside the terminal, 1F next to entrance C, before boarding.
2. Board at bus stop 6 and change to a JR Hohi Line train at Higo-Ozu.
