Is it worth it?

Add the normal one-way fares of the rides you plan within 3 days (from the fare charts at stations or a route planner).

    Express, seat and Green car charges are usually not included in a pass: leave them out of the fares too unless the pass covers them.

    How to use it

    1. Buy it on JR Kyushu Internet Train Reservation by the day before, then collect it at a JR Kyushu ticket office or machine.
    2. Ride Kyushu and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen, limited expresses and local trains (non-reserved) on all JR Kyushu lines for 3 days.

    Lines the pass covers where trains do not run now. Ask the operator whether the pass is also valid on its replacement buses or taxis.

    Service suspended · 肥薩線Hisatsu Line: no trains between Yatsushiro and Yoshimatsu since the July 2020 heavy rain. JR Kyushu runs taxis only on the Yatsushiro – Hagi and Isshochi – Hitoyoshi sections, so plan another route for through journeys. As of 2026-10-10. Source
