How to book
- Book online on JR-EAST Train Reservation (also from abroad) and pick up or ride with an Express Train e-ticket
- At the station: reserved-seat tickets go on sale one month ahead at JR EAST Travel Service Centers, ticket offices (Midori-no-Madoguchi) and reserved-seat ticket machines
- Pass holders (e.g. JR EAST PASS) can reserve ordinary seats at no extra charge; Narita Airport stations also take same-day seat reservations
