  1. Cars 1 and 2: buy a reserved-seat ticket at reserved-seat ticket machines, ticket offices, major travel agencies or on Ekinet, plus a normal ticket.
  2. Car 4 (dining car, 1–4 people): meal package sold on the JR East "Notte Tanoshii Ressha" booking site; not set on every operating day.
