Validity: 3 months from the first day of use, Ito–Izukyu-Shimoda; usable 1 April 2026 – 31 March 2027.
Who can buy: People aged 75 or over (bring ID showing your age, e.g. residence certificate or My Number card), and people attending employment-support facilities (bring the certificate).
When it is sold: Sold 1 April – 31 December 2026, from the day before the start date; cash only.
