Since 21 August 2021 transport IC cards of the nationwide interoperability scheme can be used on the whole Utsube and Hachioji lines: every station has IC gates. IC cards can be topped up at Asunarou-Yokkaichi station. IC commuter passes of this railway and Kintetsu can be combined on one card. P

Getting on

  1. Asunarou-Yokkaichi station is next to Kintetsu-Yokkaichi station: leave through the Kintetsu south gate and cross the road.
  2. Touch your transport IC card on the IC gate at the station when you enter, or use a paper ticket.

Getting off

  1. Touch the same IC card on the IC gate when you leave.
