IC cards and payment in detail
Okinawa's own OKICA (sold at ticket machines, ¥500 deposit; unregistered OKICA always pays the adult fare) and Suica plus all cards in mutual use with it work at the gates. Cards can be topped up at ticket machines. P

- Buy a QR ticket (fare shown on the board above the machine) or an OKICA card at the ticket machine, or use your own transport IC card.
- Contactless credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, UnionPay) need no top-up: touch them on the pink reader at the gate. QR tickets and IC cards go on the blue reader.
- Touch the same way when you leave the station. No discounts with card touch payment.
- Platforms are upstairs; there are no down escalators, so use the stairs or lift.
Wheelchair assistance
