Step-free accessStation list →PStations have elevators, escalators and slopes (per-station details in the barrier-free station maps), and 2 stations have platform lifts for manual wheelchairs. All 69 stations have handrails in the toilets, with wheelchair cubicles being added; wheelchair spaces are in both end cars of commuter trains and car 5 of the Skyliner, which also has an accessible toilet.
PASMO works at every station on all Keisei lines (Main Line, Kanamachi, Oshiage, Matsudo, Chiba, Chihara, Narita Sky Access and Higashi-Narita lines), and the other nationwide transport IC cards work through the nationwide mutual-use scheme (PASMO notes that a few lines in its area do not take every card). IC card trips are charged the 1-yen IC fare. At Narita Airport and Airport Terminal 2 (except when leaving) you pass two sets of gates and must touch your card at both; at Keisei Takasago you leave the gates and re-enter through the separate Kanamachi Line gate (platform 5). Contactless credit/debit card touch at Keisei gates was not found on Keisei's pages (Keisei is not one of the 11 operators in the joint post-pay service, so a contactless-card trip from those lines cannot continue onto Keisei). P
Buy a ticket valid from your station at the ticket machine (自動券売機), or use an IC card such as PASMO or Suica (cheaper 1-yen IC fare).
Go through the automatic ticket gate (自動改札機): touch your IC card on the reader or insert your ticket. Keisei asks passengers to use the automatic gates.
Skyliner: all seats are reserved and you need a Skyliner (liner) ticket on top of the fare; boarding without one costs an extra ¥300 adult / ¥150 child on top of the limited express charge.
At Narita Airport and Airport Terminal 2 there are two gates in a row: touch your IC card at both. At Keisei Takasago, Kanamachi Line trains use their own gate at platform 5.
Matsudo Line stations with remote monitoring (Kami-Hongo, Matsudo-Shinden, Minoridai, Kita-Hatsutomi, Hatsutomi, Misaki, Takifudo, Takanekido, Narashino, Maebara): the window is open 7:00–22:00; outside those hours use the video intercom by the gate.
Getting off
Leave through the automatic gate, touching the same IC card or inserting your ticket.
If your fare is short, pay the difference at the fare adjustment machine (精算機); at remote-monitored Matsudo Line stations the window does not do fare adjustment, so use the machine or the video intercom.
Contactless credit/debit card trips from the 11 joint post-pay operators (e.g. Toei Subway) cannot continue onto Keisei: use an IC card or a ticket instead.
Wheelchair assistance
Keisei Customer Dial (京成お客様ダイヤル), 9:00–18:00 every day; call charges apply. Station staff help wheelchair users with the wheelchair lifts and slopes (and others who ask, as far as possible, though staff may sometimes be busy). At remote-monitored Matsudo Line stations, use the video intercom by the gate if you need help. A dedicated wheelchair booking line was not found on the pages checked. Tel. 0570-081-160
