IC cards and payment in detail
PASMO works at every Hokuso Line station (Keisei Takasago – Imba Nihon-idai), and Suica and the other nationwide transport IC cards work through the nationwide mutual-use scheme. IC cards pay the 1-yen IC fare; paper tickets use the 10-yen fare. Paper tickets cannot be bought by credit card (credit cards are accepted only for commuter passes). Hokuso plans to stop selling magnetic tickets in March 2027. Contactless credit card touch at the gates was not found on Hokuso's pages. P
Touch an IC card (PASMO, Suica…) at the automatic gate, or buy a ticket at the ticket machine with cash (tickets cannot be paid by credit card).
Disability discount with an IC card: enter through the automatic gate, then at your exit or transfer station do not touch the gate; show your disability certificate and the IC card to the staff.
Getting off
Leave through the automatic gate with the same IC card or ticket.
Valid only between the stations named; outside that stretch you pay the fare. Stretches marked “unofficial source” come from Wikipedia or travel sites, and “estimated from the official map” ones were read off the issuer's map image, not its text: check the official map before you buy.
