No booking needed. Foot passengers do not book; tickets are sold only on the day of sailing. Check in within the set times (Kagoshima 15:30–17:00, Tanegashima 9:30–10:00, Yakushima 6:30–7:30) or you may not be allowed on. Cars must be booked by phone from 1 month ahead; motorbikes and bicycles are limited to 10 per sailing, first come first served.
Paying: Cash, credit cards, the Iwasaki IC card and Iwasaki Group gift vouchers.
