No booking needed. Foot passengers cannot book: tickets are sold at the window on the day. Boarding starts 1 hour before departure; check in and board at least 20 minutes before. Cars, motorbikes and bicycles must be booked (from 1 month ahead) with the reservation centre; when the passenger limit is reached you may not get on, so come early.
Paying: Cash or credit card (single payment only). No IC transport cards or QR-code payment. Surfboards and pets: cash only.
