Wheelchair assistance

Wheelchair users: call the head office (0573-54-4101), Akechi Station (0573-54-2515) or Ena Station (0573-25-6300) at least 2 days before travel. At stations where wheelchair use is possible, a ramp is fitted between the platform and the train door; some stations cannot be used (stairs or narrow platforms). Electric wheelchairs cannot be used at any station. Trains are one-man operated, so travel with a companion.
