When it is sold
Children pay half. The Nebutan-go is not part of the "Eco 100" holiday fare, so commuter-pass holders buy the paper ticket on board.

Is it worth it?

Add the normal one-way fares of the rides you plan (from the fare charts at stations or a route planner).
