Children pay half. Cannot be bought on an AOPASS that holds a commuter pass or welfare registration.

Is it worth it?

Add the normal one-way fares of the rides you plan (from the fare charts at stations or a route planner).

    Express, seat and Green car charges are usually not included in a pass: leave them out of the fares too unless the pass covers them.

    How to use it

    1. Touch your IC card on the reader at the entrance when you board.
    2. Before touching out when you get off, tell the driver which pass you want; touching the card completes the purchase. Then touch the reader on the fare box.
    3. On later rides, just touch in and touch out.

    Where to buy

    • Only on board the bus, onto an AOPASS, Suica, Mobile Suica, PASMO or Mobile PASMO card (other IC cards such as Kitaca, ICOCA or nimoca cannot be used)
    • Without a suitable card, buy an AOPASS on board (¥2,000) and add the pass to it
