Getting on

  1. Buy a ticket to your destination station before boarding.
  2. The renewed ticket machines (installed from November 2024) take cash, e-money, credit cards and QR-code payment; e-money cannot be topped up there. Screens can be switched between 5 languages.

Getting on

  1. At a station without staff, take a boarding slip (乗車票) when you get on and keep it until you get off.

Getting off

  1. At a station without staff, pay your fare (or put in your ticket) at the fare box in the front car before you get off.
Wheelchair assistance

Stations are not barrier-free. If you need help boarding or alighting with a wheelchair, call Nishi-Ogaki Station (0584-78-2305) in advance. Other questions: general affairs section 0584-78-3400 (weekdays 9:30–17:00). Tel. 0584-78-2305
