  1. At stations with staff (Kurashikishi, Mizushima) buy a ticket from the ticket machine before boarding.

  1. Board the train. If a conductor is on board, buy your ticket from the conductor.

Getting off

  1. On a one-man train, pay your fare into the fare box as you get off. Children pay half the adult fare.
Wheelchair assistance

Wheelchair users boarding at a staffed station can ask the staff for help. At unstaffed stations staff must be arranged, so call the head office in advance (086-446-0931, 8:30–17:30, closed Sat, Sun, holidays and 29 Dec – 3 Jan). On trains with a conductor, passengers who cannot use the ticket machine can buy from the conductor. Wheelchairs up to 120 cm long and high and 70 cm wide can be taken on trains. Tel. 086-446-0931
