Booking recommended. Seats are limited and the boats run on reservations: book online (until 20 min before departure, credit card payment possible), by phone (automated, 9:00–18:00) or fax, normally from 1 month ahead. Without a reservation you can only board if seats are left; when a boat is full you cannot board and there is no waiting list.
