- Fares change with the season (periods A–D); 1 October 2026 – 31 January 2027 is period A in both directions. Later periods are announced later.
- You cannot leave your car at the terminal while travelling as a foot passenger.
- A connecting bus runs between the terminal and JR Minami-Chitose Station on sailing days (adult 1,500 yen; cash, PayPay or au PAY).
