- Bicycles are allowed on the Kanmon ferry (260 yen extra, limited numbers per boat) but not on the Ganryūjima boats.
- Triangle Free Pass: unlimited rides for a day on the Kanmon ferry and the Ganryūjima boats, adult 1,000 yen, child 500 yen; may not be sold on typhoon or very crowded days.
- No company car park; use public car parks at Kamon Wharf, Karato Market or Kaikyōkan (Shimonoseki) or near Kaikyō Plaza (Mojikō).
- Times may change because of weather or other reasons.
