No booking needed. Only groups of 15 or more book. Boarding is first come, first served for ticket holders; at busy times (Golden Week, summer holidays) a boat may fill up and you wait for the next. Boarding may close 10 min before departure when busy.

- Captain Line ticket booths at Kaiyukan Nishi-hatoba (from 15 min before the first boat until the last departure) and Universal City Port (until 5 min before the last departure)
