No booking needed. Foot passengers cannot book (groups of 15+ must): just come to the port. Cars and motorbikes with a booking board first; book by phone (Yanai 0820-22-3311, Matsuyama 089-951-3509, 8:30–18:00) or online until 2 days before, from the 1st of the month two months ahead.

- Ticket window (切符売場) in the ferry terminals at Yanai Port and Mitsuhama Port; same-day tickets only, sold from 30 min before departure even for night boats
- Travel-agency coupons must be exchanged for a ticket at the window on the day
