- Cars can only board or leave at Uta, Fukuda (Momoshima) and Tsuneishi, and only on the ferries; not at Onomichi.
- On weekends cars are often left behind on the ferry; the operator suggests leaving your car at Tsuneishi.
- Bicycles and mopeds go on both the ferry and the high-speed boat (up to 3 on the high-speed boat).
