No booking needed. No reservations for passengers: tickets are sold on the day, first come first served, at each pier; when a boat is full you take the next one. Cars (car ferry Mermaid II, up to 3 cars) must be booked by phone.

- Ishinomaki Chūō pier office (Riverside MOTOMACHI 2F, 8:00–17:00)
- Ishinomaki Kadonowaki pier (pink trailer house; open only around departures: 8:00–9:30, 11:30–12:45, 14:10–about 16:30)
- On Tashirojima and Ajishima, follow the instructions of the company's agents at each port
